Dr. Shalini sharma did my cataract surgery. My case is very critical,my lens has no support so the surgery should be done very precisely and Dr. Shalini did it very carefully.

I have to wait 3:30 hours to 4 hours to complete my eye checkup in opd. When I asked reason GRE said it took time for cross patient , means the patient who referred to another doctor. Pathetic

My experience at eye care has been very pleasant. Dr shalini is a brilliant doctor and the staff including Abhishek jaiswal have taken good care of me.

For an appointment at 9 am post surgery, doctor not available till 10 am. Everyone is waiting. No sign of doctor. Staff says doctor is in another block. My dad has paralysis and cannot sit for long.

Pathetic management, doctors are having meeting during customer dealing hours that too for more than 90 minutes. No one is here to attend patients and even operations manager is in the same meeting.

There is no benefit of taking appointment in the hospital. It takes at least 3 hrs in the consultation irrespective of appointment which is too much for an old paitient. Time reduction is needed.
